We are strict about informing us prior of additional guests or any additional daytime visitors to the house. We are happy for you to host a few friends/family at the house with our consent, but this is a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is not suitable for parties. Must be able to walk multiple sets of stairs. UPSCALE AMENITIES Utilize the imported Italian Lapitec kitchen countertops, varied cocktail glassware, and premium appliances including Viking Pro 8-Burner Gas Range, double oven, microwave drawer, electric kettle, & Liebherr fridge. Modern amenities include Nest thermostat and electric rear entry gate with top of the line covered car port. Plenty of pans, dishes, utensils, and spices for cooking. Complimentary coffee, tea, creamers, and sweeteners. Fireplace is operable in winter months only. *Must be comfortable with multiple sets of stairs in the home & backyard. No gate around spa or by steep exterior stairs.* SANCTUARY IN THE CITY Make memories in the tiered backyard with a corn-hole set and a gas grill. The deck nests a 6x12 heated swim spa (please note there is no way to cool the swim spa). The patio is accessible from Bedroom #2. BEDROOM #1 Decompress in the spacious California king bed and feel the cozy sheepskin rug in between your toes. Beautiful windows light up the room, which has convenient blinds, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and stacked LG washer & dryer. BEDROOM #2 Enjoy the treetop views from the comfortable queen bed that easily folds into the wall for extra space during the day. Perfect Work From Home set up with standing desk and monitor. Access your own full bathroom and balcony that has comfortable sofas, outlets, and TV. Travel crib and high chair available :) Be mindful with young children though that there are stairs inside the home and outside in the backyard leading to the elevated deck.

Please note: the house contains multiple small sets of stairs throughout so it is not ideal for ADA. If bringing kids, they will NEED close supervision on stairs inside and in backyard due to stairs outside and no gate around the spa!
